Delivery and Shipping Policies
We proudly deliver countrywide.
- Flat Rate: R100 for all deliveries within Cape Town.
- Free Delivery: Available on selected products (specified at checkout if applicable).
- Variable Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout for areas outside the flat rate zone.
Shipping Time & Procedure:
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. We ship via Courier Guys, and you will receive tracking details once your package is dispatched. Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability—outlying areas may experience longer delivery times. Please note that delivery estimates (ETAs) provided are subject to stock availability and other factors.
Cape Town Area: Faster delivery options, including same-day or next-day service, may be available depending on driver availability.
Internal Order Shipping Process:
- Order received via website checkout.
- Sales consultant is assigned to manage your order.
- Consultant may call to confirm order and payment status.
- Payment is confirmed, and stock is allocated for delivery.
- Product is dispatched via courier once payment is confirmed.
- Shipping details and tracking information are sent to you.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Shipping fees include handling and packaging.
- Fees are fixed unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- We recommend consolidating items into one order to avoid multiple shipping fees.

Returns and Warranty Procedures
For any warranty claims, faulty or non-working products should be returned to our workshop in Milnerton, Cape Town. While we aim for fast resolutions, the process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
- Instant Swap Outs: Available within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability and full original packaging.
- Refund: Offered within 7 working days from the invoice date.
- CPA Credit Requests: Accepted within 6 months from the invoice date, pending manufacturer approval. Processing may take up to 3 weeks beyond the 7-day return window.
Note: Manufacturer delays may affect processing times, but we will do our best to expedite your request.
Return Conditions:
- Credits and refunds are available for faulty or unwanted products within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documents, and accessories. Incomplete or damaged returns will not be eligible for credit or refund.
